Welcome to Bell Vita Travel Co. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and your booking of travel arrangements through Bell Vita Travel Co (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Agency Role

Bell Vita Travel Co acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and travel insurance providers.

We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not liable for their acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, or changes.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Final payment is due by the date specified at the time of booking.

  • Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

  • All prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier. When you book, you agree to the cancellation terms of the specific travel provider.

  • Cancellation fees may apply from both the supplier and Bell Vita Travel Co.

  • Refund timelines are determined by the supplier and may take several weeks.

  • Some travel arrangements are completely non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

4. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included unless specifically stated. Bell Vita Travel Co highly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against:

  • Trip cancellations

  • Medical emergencies

  • Travel delays

  • Lost or delayed baggage

  • Supplier bankruptcy

If you decline travel insurance, you assume all financial risk. You will be required to fill out a waiver form if you choose not to purchase travel insurance. 

5. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying proper documentation, including:

  • Valid passports

  • Required visas

  • Vaccination records

  • Travel waivers

  • Any other entry documentation

Bell Vita Travel Co is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

6. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice.

  • Quotes are not guaranteed until payment is received.

  • Promotional rates may have restrictions and limited availability.

7. Changes to Itinerary

Changes requested after booking may result in additional fees from suppliers and/or Bell Vita Travel Co. Some bookings cannot be modified.

We are not responsible for itinerary changes made by suppliers due to weather, mechanical issues, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bell Vita Travel Co shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Acts of God

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest

  • Pandemics or public health emergencies

  • Supplier bankruptcy

By booking with us, you agree that Bell Vita Travel Co’s liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us for planning services.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Terrorism

  • Labor strikes

  • Civil unrest

  • Epidemics or pandemics

10. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate traveler information

  • Review all booking confirmations promptly

  • Comply with supplier terms and local laws

  • Behave respectfully toward service providers

Failure to comply may result in denied services without refund.

11. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Bell Vita Travel Co to resolve disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional recovery and legal fees.

12. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, travel plans, and custom travel documents created by Bell Vita Travel Co remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

13. Privacy

We collect personal information solely for booking and travel planning purposes. Your information may be shared with travel suppliers as necessary to complete reservations.

14. Governing Law

15. Acceptance of Terms
